Fyrestorm's tumbling program focuses on floor tumbling – both standing and running. Our rec gymnastics program focuses on building skills on beam, vault and floor. Our rec cheerleading focuses on building elements of a competitive routine: jumps, stunts, motions, dance and tumbling. All of our programs focus on core strength, full body conditioning, coordination, independent & coach led skill building, and solid progression. We teach power tumbling, jump technique, and combination tumbling, as well.

We offer coaching for participants with zero experience, all the way through to advanced experience. If your child has never tumbled in their life – or are able to flip on their own – we offer classes to fit their skill level!
